Installation: Our professional installation services ensure proper fitting and functionality of all cabinetry products.

Estimates: All estimates are valid for 30 days and subject to final measurement and specifications.

Changes: Any changes to the project scope after work begins may result in additional charges and extended timelines.

Timeline: Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on complexity, materials availability, and site conditions.

Payment Terms: A deposit is required to begin work, with remaining balance due upon substantial completion.

Site Preparation: Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate site access and preparing the installation area.

Existing Fixtures: Removal of existing cabinets or fixtures may be the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

Utilities: Customers must ensure all utilities are properly located and marked before installation begins.

Access: Provide reasonable access for our team and delivery vehicles during installation.

Workmanship Warranty: We warrant our workmanship for one year from the date of installation.

Manufacturer Warranties: Manufacturer warranties apply to hardware, finishes, and materials as specified by individual suppliers.

Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damage from normal wear, misuse, accidents, or natural disasters.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the project. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including but not limited to loss of use, property damage, or business interruption.

Design Rights: Custom designs created by Country Cabinets remain our intellectual property unless specifically transferred in writing.

Customer Designs: We respect customer intellectual property and will not use customer-provided designs without permission.

Projects may be cancelled with written notice. Deposits may be non-refundable if work has begun or materials have been ordered.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services should first be addressed through direct communication. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved in the courts of Washington County, Idaho.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any legal proceedings will be conducted in Washington County, Idaho.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
